Air France flight makes emergency landing after suffering 'serious damage' to one of its engines

An Air France flight from Paris to Los Angeles has made an emergency landing after suffering 'serious damage' to one of its engines.

None of the 520 people on board the Airbus A380 superjumbo were hurt.

It was diverted to a military airport in eastern Canada.
