Storm Georgina will bring blustery scattered showers, with some heavy and possibly thundery spells. These showers will be most frequent in western Ulster, Connacht and Munster. Leinster will have the best of the drier and brighter conditions. Gale force winds are possible in the north and west.

Low pressure centred over Northern Ireland will result in a day of variable amounts of cloud and scattered showers. Some of these may be heavy at times. South-east Leinster will have the best of the drier and brighter conditions. A moderate to fresh westerly breeze.
