Clear skies for many at first tonight but gradually turning cloudier from the west. Later in the night, rain will spread to many western parts of Ireland with a freshening southerly breeze.

A cloudy and blustery morning with outbreaks of rain sweeping eastwards across Ireland. Rain giving way to brighter skies from the west through the afternoon albeit with scattered showers as well. Scattered showers persisting in the west into the evening. A brisk south to south-westerly wind.

A mixed day with spells of sunshine and a few scattered showers, the showers most frequent across western areas. Turning drier for most later on. Moderate north-westerly winds.
