World Cup Final streaker filmed from stands

Russian comedian Vitaly Zdorovetskiy made it past security at last night’s World Cup Final to streak on the pitch.

As he burst onto the field during the second half the TV cameras automatically turned away for the several seconds it took stewards to overpower the man and drag him off.

American basketball legend LeBron James was watching the match from the corporate boxes and was one of many in the stadium who recorded the whole thing.

He quickly put the video on Instagram with the comment:

“Hahaha!! We're going streaking! Everyone's doing it. Man that was hilarious.” #WorldCupFinal #Brazil

It wasn’t an impromptu performance by the comedian.

He had tweeted his plans saying to followers beforehand, “See you guys tomorrow on TV”.

Unfortunately actions have consequences and seven hours ago he tweeted again, a “jail selfie”.
