Why do Jose Mourinho and Manchester United appear to be training in a car park ahead of their EFL Cup tie?

After three losses on the bounce, it looked as though Jose Mourinho had turned to alternative methods to get his Manchester United side on the winning road.

These images were shared this morning and appear to show the United side, accompanied by Mourinho, training ahead of their EFL Cup match against Northampton Town in a car park.

We wondered whether it might be part of Jose’s park-the-bus routine, but it turns out to be little more than the pre-game stroll United sometimes take ahead of away games.

United fans will hope Mourinho’s side can get out of park and go through the gears when their game kicks off this evening.
