Watch this outstanding free-kick routine from a Japanese schools competition

This. Is. Brilliant.

Anyone who likes a good set-piece routine (and who doesn’t?) will enjoy this perfectly-executed manoeuvre by a team from East Fukuoka.

When given a free-kick during a high schools competition they scored thanks to a complex routine that had clearly been well-practised on the training ground.

The keeper could only watch helplessly as the attackers’ moving dummy wall disconcerted his own defenders and opened up a space for the ball to fly through.

Lovely stuff.
