Watch that street serenade from the French girl’s point of view

There have been many, many viral videos involving Irish fans over the last week or so and one of the most popular saw a young French woman being serenaded en masse.

People loved the video of the huge crowd singing Can’t Take My Eyes Off You and Hey Baby at the bemused woman.

The woman, Carla Roméra, also recorded footage of the singing and put the clip on Instagram.

Frankly, seen from her point of view it could be more terrifying than sweet - turns out having an enormous bunch of strangers sing loudly at you in the street is a little intimidating.

Luckily Carla didn't see it that way, telling the Daily Mail: “I want to say that I am very proud of the Irish, it was a magical time filled with kindness and joy.”

Sp well done lads, it may have been slightly over the top but she appreciated the sentiment.
