Is this Jose Mourinho’s ostrich moment?

In scenes reminiscent of Nigel Pearson’s infamous “you are an ostrich” press conference last season, the Chelsea boss turned on a reporter who suggested Diego Costa could have been sent off during their 2-0 win over Arsenal yesterday and accused him of – horror of horrors – having played badminton as a child.

We’re not 100% sure what’s wrong with playing badminton – we used to have the odd game when we were young and it was quite fun.

Not that we’d admit that to Jose, obviously.
