WATCH: Brilliant documentary follows Dublin teenager playing at Man City

Teenager Jack Byrne stars in this fascinating documentary about life as a young footballer at a Premier League club.

Byrne left home for Manchester at 14 to join current League champions Manchester City.

Now 18, he is a cornerstone of their Elite Development squad and dreaming of a breakthrough to the first team.

A midfielder with an eye for goal, he has scored against both Bayern Munich and Roma this season in the Uefa Youth League.

This film charts his journey from a young boy playing at St Kevin’s on the northside of Dublin to the Etihad Stadium.

Well worth a look - we have a feeling Martin O’Neill is keeping an eye on Byrne too.
