This student nailing a reverse half-court basketball shot is cooler than we'll ever be

They say that if at first you don’t succeed, you should then try, try again.

That’s all very well and good, but in all honesty most of us give up if we don’t succeed within the first few tries. There’s always other stuff to succeed at.

Luckily this student from the University of British Columbia is a touch stronger-willed than the rest of us. Maddison Penn is a member of the UBC women’s basketball team, and has been trying since February to nail the perfect reverse shot – and the result of all her hard work is pretty damn cool.

Our favourite part is the look of both shock and excitement on her face when she realises she did it. You go girl.
