These three were lucky enough to get a presidential selfie with a golf legend

It's not often you meet three former American Presidents at once.

That's probably why golf legend Phil Mickelson jumped at the chance to take this selfie.

Barack Obama, George Bush and Bill Clinton made an appearance at the start of the Presidents Cup at Liberty National Golf Club in New Jersey yesterday.

The competition sees the United States take on a non-Europe rest of the world, and will see President Donald Trump at the links on Sunday.

They hung around the first tee to see the players tee off, and while they watched the proceedings Mickelson had the foresight to record the moment for posterity.

His brother Tim posted the results on Twitter saying: "When you can take a selfie with three US Presidents, you do it!!"
