Rosanara will miss tomorrow’s Darley Irish Oaks at the Curragh after suffering a knock during her trip to Ireland.
Alain de Royer-Dupre’s French raider had been the general co-favourite of three along with Epsom victor Snow Fairy and Godolphin’s Hibaayeb following her second in the French Oaks last time.
However, the daughter of Sinndar, who would have been having her first outing outside of France, sustained an injury loading onto the plane.
Pat Downes, Irish racing manager for owner the Aga Khan, said: “She got a bit upset when she boarded in France and unfortunately she got a knock which will prevent her from running tomorrow.
“It doesn’t appear too serious and hopefully she will be OK.”
Rosanara’s absence means 15 fillies are now set to go to post in the Group One contest.
