Premier League rumours: Reece Oxford turns down Manchester clubs in favour of West Ham stay

The Sun is reporting that West Ham youngster Reece Oxford has ignored interest from Manchester United and Manchester City and will sign a five-year deal with the Hammers.

The Sun also reports that Crystal Palace are keen on Santos midfielder Lucas Lima but do not want to pay more than £8million.

The Evening Standard writes that Tottenham are showing interest in signing Everton midfielder Ross Barkley but they would have to make an offer of at least £35million.

Brazil midfielder Oscar wants to stay in London and fight for his place at Chelsea despite being linked to a big-money move to China, according to Sky Sports.
