Power and Walsh out for Cats

Kilkenny have made two changes to their team for Sunday's Allianz League final against Tipperary at Nowlan Park.

Richie Power has been ruled out with a rib injury while Walter Walsh is also unavailable with an elbow injury.

In better news for the Cats, midfielder Michael Fennelly returns to the side, which means that Michael Rice moves from midfield to centre forward.

Cillian Buckley also starts at wing-forward.
