Paralympics will be an 'extraordinary display of sport' says Cameron

With the opening ceremony of the Paralympics getting underway, the British Prime Minister has welcomed the Games - saying it will be an "extraordinary display of sport."

He said that he hopes they will change people's perceptions around the world and inspire a new generation.

David Cameron has said that Britain can be justifiably proud of what it has done for disabled people.
