No McCann for Wanderers

Gavin McCann is out of Bolton’s Barclays Premier League relegation showdown with West Ham at the Reebok Stadium tomorrow night.

McCann missed Saturday’s 3-3 home draw with Manchester City with an ankle injury manager Gary Megson has described as “quite serious”, joining Joey O’Brien and Sean Davis in the treatment room.

Ricardo Gardner, who also missed the City game through illness, is doubtful, although Megson at least has Saturday’s two-goal hero in Ivan Klasnic available even though he limped off late on with a hip problem.

Team (from): Jaaskelainen, Ricketts, Steinsson, Knight, Cahill, A O’Brien, Samuel, Robinson, M Davies, Basham, Muamba, Cohen, Taylor, Gardner, Klasnic, Lee, Elmander, Davies, Al-Habsi.
