Majestic Dubawi will be heading to Newmarket for her next start in either the Cheveley Park or the Rockfel Stakes.
Mick Channon's filly won the Firth of Clyde Stakes at Ayr on Saturday in fine style, a race her exalted stablemate Music Show could only finish tenth in 12 months ago.
Owned by Jaber Abdullah, who has been very lucky with fillies trained by Channon in the past, connections are nevertheless refusing to get ahead of themselves.
"We won't get carried away, but it looks like Jaber has another nice filly on his hands," said Channon.
"He's a lucky owner and we are lucky to have his backing. He plays the numbers game and we always seem to find one for him.
"Every time one comes along - Queen's Logic, Majestic Desert, Majestic Roi, Music Show - all those types, the pressure is on to find another!
"That's good pressure to be under though, but I'm still not sure how good Majestic Dubawi might be as she is very progressive.
"She needs to step up again now, but she is yet another of our fillies that has improved towards the back end and I'm so chuffed.
"The Cheveley Park or the Rockfel are obvious targets but I'll see what Jaber wants to do and we'll take it from there," he told his website, www.mickchannon.tv.
