Manchester City v Arsenal: Pep Guardiola's kind words for Arsene Wenger and a cracking 'did you know?' fact

Manchester City’s match against Arsenal this weekend could well knock one side out of the title race, with Arsenal trailing leaders Chelsea by nine points, and City 10 behind.

A draw would mean BOTH sides drop points in their pursuit of the title – so it’s a big game, that’s for sure.

Kind words on Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger from City boss Pep Guardiola, who said: “I have a lot of respect about his career.”

Meanwhile Wenger is confident his side are capable of a result, saying: “I believe that we have a good record in 2016.”

And while the game might seem too close to call, it’s interesting to note that Arsenal have the edge when it comes to goals and goal scorers, while the Gunners haven’t lost to City since 2013.

Could that run end this weekend?
