Keirrison leaves Barca on loan

Barcelona have agreed to loan striker Keirrison to Coritiba, the Primera Division club have announced.

The two-season deal will see the 23-year-old Brazilian return to the club where he started his professional career.

Keirrison, who has a contract with Barca until the 2013/14 season, joined the Catalan giants from Palmeiras for an initial 14 million euros in 2009, but has failed to make an impact at the Nou Camp and has spent time out on loan at Benfica, Fiorentina, Santos and Cruzeiro.
