Jonny Sexton handed Leinster captaincy for first time

Leinster head coach Leo Cullen has named his team for their final game of this season's Champions Cup and has made Jonny Sexton captain.

Sexton was named one of the team’s vice-captains at the start of the season and will lead the team tomorrow as they face Wasps at the Ricoh Arena.

There are 11 changes to the starting XV for the dead rubber game, with only Zane Kirchner, Dave Kearney, Rhys Ruddock and Jordi Murphy retained in the starting team.

With Rob Kearney coming in to fullback, Zane Kirchner moves to the right wing from the number 15 slot last week, with Dave Kearney continuing on the left wing.

Noel Reid and Luke Fitzgerald come into the centre with Eoin Reddan and Sexton selected in the half backs. All three front row players, Jack McGrath, Sean Cronin and Marty Moore, were named in the Irish squad announced on Wednesday.
