Johnston and O’Callaghan win GPA awards

Cavan footballer Seanie Johnston and Dublin hurler David O'Callaghan have been named as the GPA Players of the Month for May.

Johnston kicked eight points in Cavan's Ulster preliminary round victory over Antrim in Casement Park.

O'Callaghan, meanwhile, scored 1-8 in the Dubs' 3-21 to 0-11 rout of Westmeath in the opening round of the Leinster hurling championship.
