Jelavic back for Rangers

Rangers will welcome back Nikica Jelavic for their Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Dundee United.

The striker is ineligible for the Champions League, meaning he was unable to play a part in the midweek draw against Manchester United.

Vladimir Weiss, who was an unused substitute at Old Trafford, is likely to be involved as Walter Smith freshens up his team for the clash at Ibrox.

Provisional squad: McGregor, Papac, Weir, Bougherra, Broadfoot, Foster, Davis, Edu, Naismith, Beattie, McCulloch, Lafferty, Miller, Jelavic, Little, Weiss, Hutton, Whittaker Alexander.
