IRFU add Test in the US to Ireland's summer tour

The IRFU have added a match in the US to the Irish rugby players' summer tour.

Joe Schmidt's men will play in Japan on June 17 and 24, but they will now play USA Rugby in Harrison, New Jersey, on June 10.

The IRFU have teamed up with event planners TLA, who were partners with USA Rugby in getting Ireland over to Chicago's Soldier Field last November for their historic first win over the All Blacks in 111 years, to arrange the game.

It coincides with this summer's Lions Tour of New Zealand, so it should give Schmidt a chance to try out some new faces.
