After his winning goal against Italy tonight, Ireland fans have been updating Robbie Brady’s Wikipedia page – with hilarious results.

An early draft described the Norwich City midfielder as “the closest thing to God”.

That didn’t last too long, but it didn’t stop some more enthusiastic updating, with one page describing him as “God who walks among us”.

It also credits him as “providing the assist for multiple Irish Children born in March 2017 named Robbie”.
