Laaheb will go in search of further Pattern-race honours at Ascot later this month following his facile win at Kempton on Saturday.
The Michael Jarvis-trained four-year-old barely came off the bridle when making every yard of the running in the Group Three September Stakes and the Grosvenor Casinos Cumberland Lodge Stakes on September 26 is next on his agenda.
Angus Gold, racing manager for owner Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum, said: “He did it very well and has come out of the race in good form.
“I think the Cumberland Lodge at Ascot is his next target.
“He’s been a star for us and I think he’s won six races for us now. Not many of them do that.
“He seems to be still improving, so we’re delighted with him.”
