Horan returns to Ireland squad

Ireland prop Marcus Horan has joined up with the rest of the squad after recovering from illness.

Horan was replaced by Reggie Corrigan for yesterday’s 43-31 Six Nations Championship defeat by France after being laid low by a stomach bug midweek.

Seven other players – Mick O’Driscoll, Matt McCullough, Anthony Foley, Neil Best, Denis Hickie, Girvan Dempsey and Barry Murphy – have been added to the squad for training.

Ireland’s next Six Nations match is against Wales, who defeated Scotland 28-18 today, at Lansdowne Road in two weeks’ time.
