Harrington three shots off lead in Scotland

Ireland's Padraig Harrington is three shots off the lead ahead of the second round of the Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland today.

The Dubliner, who is looking to tie up the European Order of Merit title, shot five birdies in his last six holes yesterday to finish up in a tie for 13th place on five under par.

Ross Fisher and Soren Hansen lead the field on eight under par.

Ireland's Graeme McDowell finished up yesterday on four under par, Peter Lawrie on two under, Damien McGrane on one under and Darren Clarke on level par.

Paul McGinley, meanwhile, is one-over-par and Gary Murphy is two over.
