Gift Grub combined the powers of Paul O'Connell and Nidge

The folks from Gift Grub decided the Irish rugby team need extra help ahead of their match against South Africa on Saturday, so they brought in some motivational speakers in this morning's brilliant sketch.

“Myself and Fran, we’re here to make sure the job is done properly, alright.”

Love/Hate’s Nidge and Fran had some tips on taking care of business.

Fran got the team to focus their aggression on the Springboks, saying: “I bet youse have a f****n’ bone to pick with South Africa, yeah?”

But Nidge warned Paul O’Connell of the dangers of getting too high up in the line-out.

“The last Paulie that was that high up,” said Nidge, “he had a bit of an injury, alright.”

Phil Coulter might need to watch his back, as the lads felt “Ireland’s Call” wasn’t getting the players pumped enough. They substituted it with a high energy warm-up routine of their own.
