Galway to host major snooker event this weekend

Millions of viewers are expected to tune in this weekend as Ireland hosts snooker's top stars in Galway.

The Players Tour Championship finals take place at NUI Galway this St. Patrick's weekend.

World number one Mark Selby will be in town for the event, along with John Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan and Ireland's Fergal O'Brien.

The matches will be televised on sporting channels across the world.
