Four-tier system accepted at Croke Park Congress

Four-tier system accepted at Croke Park Congress

Galway and Antrim have today been accepted into the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship.

The new four-tier hurling championship has also been accepted at the special congress at Croke Park this morning.

All motions proposed in relation to discipline have been accepted only at inter-county level as an experiment during January and the all National League competitions.

The changes will be reconsidered as a proposal at Congress in Cork in April for next year's championships.
