Elliot living the Dream

Gordon Elliott believes he has a fine chasing prospect in Jessies Dream following a smooth victory on his reappearance at Galway.

The Grade One Drinmore Novice Chase at Fairyhouse or a three-mile novice event at Cheltenham next month beckons for the seven-year-old, who carries the familiar colours of David Johnson.

“He’s come out of the race fine, he’s 100%,” said the Co Meath trainer.

“He’s a nice horse if everything stays right with him and we think a lot of him.

“He’ll either go to Cheltenham next or to Fairyhouse. Obviously I’ll have to talk to the owner.”
