David Pocock posts photo of metal inserted into his broken hand after surgery

Australia's David Pocock's latest tweet proves that rugby injuries are more than skin deep.

The Wallaby back row has tweeted a picture of his hand after an operation to implant some serious hardware to fix it.

Pocock's hand was broken in their Rugby Championship win over Argentina earlier this month and he is expected to be out of action for at least another month.

Be warned, it's not for the faint-hearted.
