Monaghan’s Darren Hughes suffered a frustrating injustice yesterday but thankfully he has seen the funny side of things.

With Tyrone on their way to victory in added time, Hughes was shown a red card for essentially tousling Tiernan McCann’s hair, with the wing-forward selling the ‘foul’ to referee Marty Duffy as best he could:

Like many of us, Hughes sought the consolation of his pet dog, and ‘Mila’ was able for much more than McCann could handle:

Woof justice, eh?
