Cork City trial for Vinny Sullivan

Cork City have taken former Waterford United attacker Vinny Sullivan on trial with a view to a permanent move.

Sullivan - who can play up front or on the wing - has been out of contract since the end of last season and has attracted the interest of Cork boss Damien Richardson who is anxious to bolster his attacking options having lost Liam Kearney to Shelbourne during the close season.

Sullivan hit five goals for struggling Waterford United last season to finish as the Blues' top scorer.
