Cahill a doubt for Everton

Everton could be without key midfielder Tim Cahill for the Barclays Premier League clash with Newcastle at Goodison Park tomorrow.

The Australian is battling a knee problem and manager David Moyes will make a late decision on his fitness.

The Toffees will welcome back captain Phil Neville after three weeks out with a foot injury but Jack Rodwell (ankle) and Louis Saha (calf) remain on the sidelines.

Provisional squad: Howard, Neville, Hibbert, Distin, Jagielka, Baines, Cahill, Fellaini, Pienaar, Heitinga, Arteta, Beckford, Osman, Bilyaletdinov, Gueye, Coleman, Yakubu, Mucha.
