Bohs edge top of the table clash

St Patrick's Athletic 0 Bohemians 1

Killian Brennan's second-half winner leapfrogged Bohemians to top of the table as they gained revenge for their only defeat of the season.

Brennan (pictured) struck for the only goal of the big Dublin derby when shooting past Barry Ryan on 51 minutes after great approach play by Jason Byrne and Glen Crowe.

Neale Fenn should have doubled Bohs lead late on, but Ryan was off his line promptly to save.

Saints had the better of the first half but could not find a way past Brian Murphy in the Bohs goal.

The Waterford keeper made a terrific save on 12 minutes from Damien Lynch after skipper Jamie Harris flicked on Keith Fahey's cross.
