Beasley set for Rangers return

Rangers winger DaMarcus Beasley could end a lengthy spell on the sidelines by making his comeback against Hibernian on Sunday.

The United States international has been out of action since sustaining knee ligament damage in a Champions League game back in November but is now fully fit.

Lee McCulloch (foot) and Charlie Adam (knee) are also close to fitness but the Clydesdale Bank Premier League clash may be too soon for the midfield duo.

Steven Whittaker is suspended following his red card in last week’s Old Firm derby.

Provisional squad: Alexander, Broadfoot, Dailly, Weir, Cuellar, Papac, Hemdani, Darcheville, Ferguson, Davis, Novo, Cousin, G Smith, Boyd, Lennon, McMillan, Fleck, Beasley.
