Everton left-back Leighton Baines could be back in contention for the St Stephen's Day clash with Sunderland in the Premier League after five games out with a broken toe.

Striker Nikica Jelavic should also be available after missing Sunday’s win at Swansea with a minor hamstring injury.

Provisional squad: Howard, Robles, Coleman, Hibbert, Distin, Jagielka, Oviedo, Stones, Heitinga, Alcaraz, Baines, Mirallas, Barry, McCarthy, Pienaar, Barkley, Osman, Naismith, Lukaku, Vellios, Jelavic.
