Ashley Young and Luke Shaw miss Man Utd trip to Moscow

Ashley Young has been left out of the Manchester United squad for their Champions League match at CSKA Moscow.

Winger Young (calf), left-back Luke Shaw (leg), defender Paddy McNair (liver) and striker James Wilson (illness) have all stayed at home.

Goalkeeper Sergio Romero and wide man Antonio Valencia have travelled after missing the 3-0 win over Everton as they were jet lagged following their long-haul journeys back from the international break.

Provisional squad: De Gea, Romero, Johnstone, Darmian, Smalling, Jones, Rojo, Blind, Carrick, Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin, Fellaini, Valencia, Pereira, Mata, Herrera, Memphis, Lingard, Rooney, Martial.
