Adebayor doubt for Inter clash

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor is a major doubt for tomorrow’s game against Inter Milan after suffering a knee injury during Sunday’s north London derby win over Arsenal.

Mousa Dembele, like Adebayor, came off during that match but he trained this morning and has been passed fit for the first leg of the Europa League last-16 tie.

Younes Kaboul, Sandro and Tom Huddlestone (all knee) are unavailable while Clint Dempsey (calf) is out and Hugo Lloris is expected to make way for Brad Friedel in goal.

Provisional squad: Lloris, Friedel, Walker, Naughton, Gallas, Dawson, Caulker, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Holtby, Livermore, Dembele, Carroll, Parker, Bale, Sigurdsson, Defoe, Adebayor.
