Third Mercier Park property on the market

Third Mercier Park property on the market

  • Turners Cross, Cork
  • €260,000

Putting his third Mercier Park property on the market in the space of a few months, Jim Coughlan of James G Coughlan Auctioneers is going for a hat-trick.

No 45 and No 25 are already sale agreed and Mr Coughlan is now showing Mount View, No 15, a three-bed semi which needs modernisation but has a very large garden.

The 1950s-built park is a popular one where many properties have already been extended.

“It’s a quiet mature residential area within walking distance of the city centre,” says Mr Coughlan who adds that the €260,000 price offers excellent value.

VERDICT: Mercier Park — so popular that the Stargazers wrote a song about it.
