It's quite possible that this four-bed detached house at 2 Bramble Close, Castlelake, in Carrigtwohill could sell to a trade-up buyer already living in the estate.
That’s according to James Colbert of Colbert & Co Estate agents who says he regularly sees buyers upgrading from apartments to semi-detached houses within Castlelake as well a few going from semi-detached to detached.
"The development is always extremely popular with people working in Little Island and in the pharmaceutical companies in the area, he adds noting that Carrigtwohill is just a 15-minute drive from Cork city and that there is also a train service for commuters," said Mr Colbert.
