Her vendors are a well-travelled couple with grown-up children, originally from the UK but living in Kinsale on and off for 13 years.
He is an engineer and she is a sculptor, a photographer and a make-up artist.
They bought the house five years ago and did a complete overhaul with all of the renovation work carefully planned and carried out by a family member who works in the construction business. The owners have decided to downsize and take some time to concentrate on other projects.
