Woman stabbed in Athy

Gardai in Athy, Co. Kildare are investigating a stabbing in the town this morning.

At around a quarter to twelve today, a woman in her 60s was stabbed.

The woman was taken to hospital in Naas with minor injuries.

No arrests have yet been made, but investigations are ongoing.
