Woman dies in Tipperary car crash

A woman in her 30s has been killed in a road crash in County Tipperary.

The single-car collision happened on the Kilkenny to Clonmel Road at 10.30am

The dead woman was a front-seat passenger.

The driver of the car was a man in his 40s he has been taken to hospital and is reported to be in a serious condition.

A nine-year-old boy who was in the back seat of the car escaped unharmed.
