Wicklow man picks up €500k lotto winnings

A Wicklow man has picked up a cheque for €500,000 his winnings in Euromillions Plus two weeks ago.

The man from Bray, who wishes to remain private, bought a €12 Quick Pick ticket in the Centra store in Glenageary Shopping Centre on the day of the draw.

He plans to spend some of his winnings on home renovations and a cruise for himself and his wife.
