Wicklow artist picks up Chelsea Flower Show prize

A Wicklow-based artist has picked up a top prize at the UK's presitigious Chelsea Flower Show.

Arklow stained glass artist Bianca Divito was this morning awarded a certificate of merit for the presentation of her stand.

Bianca was invited by the RHS to exhibit her stained glass art for garden ornamentation at this year's show, in the new Fresh area, for innovation in garden design.

Her garden stand was designed and built by her fiancé Damien Keane and his team at Damien Keane Garden Design, based out of Mount Usher Gardens in Co Wicklow.
