Visitors asked to avoid Mater hospital due to Winter Vomiting Bug

The public are being asked to avoid the Mater Hospital in Dublin due to an outbreak of the Winter Vomiting Bug.

The Hospital are asking visitors to stay away unless absolutely necessary.

While children will not be allowed to visit the hospital under any circumstances.
