Two in hospital after crash in Co. Louth

Two people have been injured in a single-vehicle crash on the Dundalk to Castleblaney Road.

It happened at Rassan on the N53, just before 7pm this evening.

They have been taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda for treatment.

Several emergency vehicles attended the scene but the road is now clear.
