Two in custody after separate drug seizures

Two men remain in custody in connection with two separate drugs seizures last night.

In Donegal, a man in his 30s was arrested yesterday after gardaí seized cannabis with a street value of €400,000.

In Dublin, a Frenchman in his 50s was taken into custody after customs officers found 1.8 kilos of cocaine - worth €126,000 - hidden in a compartment in a suitcase.

The man had arrived into Dublin Airport on a flight from Brazil yesterday afternoon.
